At Berger Mobile Detailing LLC, we are committed to delivering professional, high-quality results with every service. While we stand behind our work, this 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is subject to the strict terms and conditions below.


I. Introduction

By scheduling a service with Berger Mobile Detailing LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

Satisfaction is defined according to objective, professional detailing standards, not personal preference.

Eligibility for remedies is limited to issues directly tied to the specific service performed.

Berger Mobile Detailing LLC retains sole discretion to determine whether a claim qualifies under this Guarantee.


II. Coverage Period

Valid for 7 calendar days after completion of service.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of discovery, and no later than day 7.

Concerns reported outside this period are automatically ineligible.

No extensions, renewals, or transfers of coverage.


III. Covered Remedies

If a claim is accepted, Berger Mobile Detailing LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following:

A partial or full refund of the service fee.

A complimentary re-service appointment to address the qualifying issue.

An alternative resolution deemed appropriate by management.

Important Conditions:

Remedies apply only to the original service performed.

Remedies are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future or different services.

Remedies are limited to the actual amount paid; no additional compensation will be provided.


IV. Limitations of Liability

Berger Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for, and this Guarantee does not cover:

Pre-existing defects (paint damage, rust, scratches, stains, odors, or mechanical issues).

Wear and tear or new damage occurring after service.

Environmental exposure (rain, pollen, dust, road debris, chemicals, etc.) after service completion.

Issues outside the agreed scope of work.

Subjective dissatisfaction where service was completed according to professional standards.

Our maximum liability is capped at the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


V. Exclusions

The following are explicitly excluded:

Claims without documented evidence (clear photos, description, or inspection opportunity).

Concerns arising from failure to follow post-service care instructions.

Requests for compensation beyond the scope of this Guarantee.

Claims based solely on customer opinion, perception, or preference.


VI. Claim Procedure

To make a claim, you must:

Allow Berger Mobile Detailing LLC a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle before any remedy is considered.

VII. Final Authority

Berger Mobile Detailing LLC reserves full and final authority to:

Decide if a claim qualifies.

Determine the type of remedy offered, if any.

Close claims permanently once a remedy has been issued.

All decisions are binding and final.
